You'll be given one grace period for cancellations. If you cancel or no-show a second time, a $15 fee will apply.
Yes, without a fee if you cancel at least 48 hours prior. We understand unexpected things happen, so you also get a one-time courtesy cancellation outside that window.
Every dog is different, age, breed, size, hair condition, matting, temperament, and skin or ear conditions all play a role. These are starting prices, and the final cost can shift based on your furry friend. Additional fees may apply for: aggressive behavior (+$15), matted coat (+$20), or severe matting/condition (+$30).
Aggressive dogs also get a one-time courtesy, the $15 fee is waived the first time.
Yes, after every visit, you'll get "The Pupdate": a quick recap with before-and-after photos, a rundown of the groom, how your pup felt, coat and skin notes, and one-tap rebooking.
Yes, you can add teeth brushing ($10), deshedding treatment ($15), or flea & tick treatment ($10) to any groom.
Yes, signature cuts like teddy bear trims or breed standard cuts are available for specific styles only and must be arranged in advance with the client. Just tell us the style, and we'll take care of the rest.
